INVICTUS

"Will it be easy? Not at all. Worth it ? Absolutely" ;certainly something all great leaders, the people who have in all ways inspired people around them to move forward whatever comes in the way have considered to mention in their principles.
Truly inspiring leaders can find the bright side of any issue. They lead not only by a great example but positivity which in turn encourages people to work harder to meet the goals of their lives.

Such people are grateful for whatever they have had or have in their lives. The people, the even small commodities, the opportunities, the everything and anything that exists.
The greatest leaders have a crystal clear vision of the future. They know exactly what and how things must be in the near future. They are absolute visionaries.
Inspiring leaders ought to be passionate. Only then will they ever be able to meet the goals of their life.

Just like the movie invictus showcases Nelson Mandela with utter positivity, absolute clear vision, amazingly confident, and certainly a passionate individual.

The conversation explicitly deals with how one inspires the team to do their best and how to get them to be better of what they think they can be wherein inspiration has it's role to play. One can inspire and make oneself to better as ever not leading by an example but inspiration. Inspiration from anything that makes you do better. Be it anything or anyone. Always make be inspired or get yourself inspired in order to taste success.

Certainly. A leader can indeed make change real and yet live his values throughout life. Taking not only mandela but Gandhi as an example who was responsible in bringing about a life changing situation in everybody's life. People experienced drastic changes. India became free. And yet he followed his principle of nonviolence i.e. ahimsa and won over the world. And so is known round the globe for how he lead his life being an inspiration for generations to come.

Madiba followed the transformational leadership style. Transformational leaders are typically those who are self aware, empathetic, authentic and humble towards other people. He inspired the masses to protest against prejudice and apartheid. Was very supportive towards the followers and was concerned about their needs and wants. He was indeed an idealistic individual. Who was very confident and competent. He changed the outlook on life. He made everybody confident enough that their struggle would definitely lead to south africa's freedom.

"There is no easy walk to freedom anywhere and many of us will have to pass through the valley of the shadow of death again and again before we reach the mountain tops of our desires." - Nelson Mandela
Let us all make the words our inspiration!
